Panch Mahal, the forthcoming jewel within our palace, is a poetic homage to India's royal kitchens, architectural grandeur, and the five elements of life—air, water, fire, earth, and space. Framed by Mahabalipuram's waves, it features gazebos that rise with the elegance of India's cultural legacy, floating serenely above still waters. As you settle in, surrounded by your loved ones, the gazebos glow under the soft embrace of candlelight, cast by majestic chandeliers. The night sky, adorned with stars, can be seen through the glass roof, adding a celestial touch to your meal. Meanwhile, the stage plays host to live classical music and cultural showcases, enriching the royal ambience.

We are the best among restaurants in Mahabalipuram due to our cuisine. We draw inspiration from the royal kitchens of India's five princely states, each known for its distinct, royal fare:

  • Awadhi from Lucknow: Slow-cooked kebabs and aromatic biryanis
  • Punjabi: Rich gravies and tandoor specialities
  • Hyderabadi: Regal biryanis and spice-laden curries
  • Rajasthani: Bold, earthy flavours steeped in warrior heritage
  • Kashmiri: Saffron-infused dishes, dry fruits, and soul-soothing gravies

Every evening, you will be served royal thalis—a curated 7 to 10-course journey that transports you through the palaces and flavours of India's glorious past. Come, experience Panch Mahal, where luxury meets legacy, opulence mingles with nature, and you dine like royalty beneath the stars, by the sea.
