Dr. S. Jagathrakshakan - Chairman
Born in Vazhudhavur, Tamil Nadu, he comes from the Vanniyar community and has risen from modest beginnings to become a distinguished figure in politics, business, literature, and philanthropy. As Chairman of the Accord Group, his strategic vision and business expertise have been key drivers of the Group’s growth. A devoted philanthropist, he provides free healthcare to over 6,000 patients daily, facilitates 5,000 marriages every year, and cares for 5,000 adopted children. His village adoption initiative covers 150 villages, and he has been instrumental in renovating 5,500 temples. In his political career, he served as a Member of Parliament across three Lok Sabhas and held important ministerial positions in Information & Broadcasting, Renewable Energy, and Commerce & Industry. A scholar and author of 60 books, he also founded the Azhvargal Research Centre and Alwargal Aiyvu Mayam to promote Vaishnavism. His life stands as a testament to resilience, service, and a deep commitment to cultural preservation.
Dr. J. Srinisha - Managing Director
She holds a Master’s degree in Dental Surgery and plays a key role in driving the Accord Group’s medical and dental initiatives. As Director of the Accord Group, she was pivotal in setting up state-of-the-art, multi-disciplinary super-speciality hospitals in Chennai, including one of the region’s leading liver transplant centres. With a clear vision to expand accessible, high-quality healthcare across South India, she continues to spearhead the Group’s efforts in building a robust network of advanced hospitals. Dr. Srinisha also serves as a respected member of the Dental Council of India, contributing to the accreditation and evaluation of dental education institutions. Beyond healthcare, she is a Trustee of the Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust, furthering the Group’s commitment to education and social development.

Dr. J. Sundeep Anand - Managing Director
He is a dynamic professional with a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Minnesota, USA, a Doctorate in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Chennai, and additional qualifications in Management and Law. As the Managing Director of the Accord Group, he has been central to the Group’s evolution into a diverse and multi-dimensional business conglomerate. He also serves as the Managing Trustee of the Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust, playing a key role in the growth and development of Bharath University and the Group’s broader educational ventures. Dr. Anand oversees the Group’s daily operations, consistently driving its expansion and ensuring long-term success.
